Alaska or not?

I have been content of late.

I listened to that audio that I posted in my previous post and wept. Although most of the women on the audio I could not relate to, as I still so desire to have a baby, desire being pregnant, perhaps not so much the morning sickness as I am a true baby when vomiting is around, my hubbyman can attest to that when almost 4 weeks ago he was violently ill :/

I am still debating IVF Alaska. I just cannot get my hubbyman on the same page, well, I can, it is just I feel like I am being manipulative in the way that I am asking him, dropping hints about wanting to try IVF. The funny thing is that I always see us perhaps not ever doing IVF and being happy and complete in our lives with our cats and travel. New Zealand, Belize and other ports are calling us. I'd love to go on a cruise before leaving this earth although again, hubbyman is reluctant. I can put aside the monies needed for Alaska in a few paycheques, quicker than if we had to go to Victoria and do it. I am just clueless about meds and everything else.

Geesh! I am just about confused you hear! I keep asking God and at the same time when I bring this up again it is like I am not trusting Him.

What to do? Remember I am the only one working too. Hubbyman will be going out to camp in April. The good news is it is almost tax time and I should get back a fair packet :)

Breathing deeply...

  1. What are the stats for both clinics? If you can get a lower price with the same chances of success, then go for it.

Hope you'll still get to travel...

  2. I vote yes for IVF in AK! If you don't do it at least once there is a chance you'll always regret it... Also why drop hints with the hubs, just be straight forward. If this really matters to you its important to tell him otherwise down the line you'll resent him for holding you back when he never knew he was doing that.

Sorry for sounding pushy, I dont' mean to. I just mean to say that this is your life and you shouldn't have any regrets!

  4. Vic stats? Well they are both good. I am just debating. The cost of everything sure would be cheaper with Alaska friend.

Lindsey tbh the hints? Due to the fact that I am always changing my mind! LOL! He knows deep deep down that this is what I want. He wants to have mini-me as well as a mini-him around, we are just trying to scramble and scrape our monies for this. The regret I do not want to live hence us wanting to try this at least once, God-willing! You are not coming across as pushy! I truly appreciate your feedback :)

T - I am praying and praying. For all of us on this path xxx
